Prefer more of the older rap myself (90s) but presently listening to Camron's Purple Haze (don't know why I like his album so much but the beats are tight), I like Still Tippin' by Mike Jones but don't like the screwed up $hit, The first Diplomats double CD, The Roots newest CD and a few mix CDs mostly Southern ones.

The LOX are alright but Sheek doesn't have a flow whatsoever, classic case of being down with the fellas and gettin' put on. Jada and Styles P. can flow.

Now Lawrence I'll tell you disappointed me Pitbull. He spit nice freestyles on cameos and mixtapes but I was disappointed when I bought his CD. His whole "look at me I'm a Cuban rapper from Miami so respect me" is lame. So is the CD by the way.

i agree..he sucks..just because we have the same ethnicity doesn't mean i have to like him...camron and his pals are horrible..there is not much good rap around at the moment, but there's always tupac

Two things we finally agree on Lawrence, true not too much good rap around at the time and there always is 2pac. You got all the underground joints?
